2. Vehicle Compatibility

We may review this information before production to help confirm compatibility.

Fitment issues caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after payment and required product or customization information have been confirmed.

We reserve the right to review or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to payment issues, obvious pricing errors, compatibility concerns, product availability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate solution or refund.

4. Shipping & Customs

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to customization, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Unless otherwise stated, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.

Because customized products are made according to individual specifications, cancellations or change-of-mind returns may be limited once production has started.

Products confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the confirmed order will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

6. 3-Year Warranty

Eligible products are covered by a 3-Year Warranty where stated.

The warranty generally covers eligible manufacturing or material defects under normal intended use.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by:
